Grievance Redressal Cell

Noble Women’s College has established a Grievance and Redressal Cell to ensure transparency, fairness, and a harmonious educational atmosphere within the campus. The cell addresses student grievances, prevents unfair practices, and provides an effective mechanism for resolving complaints related to academic, financial, administrative, and personal concerns.

Objective

Purpose of the Cell

The Grievance and Redressal Cell aims to develop a responsive and accountable attitude among all stakeholders while maintaining a healthy, respectful, and student-friendly environment within the institution.

● Encouraging students to express grievances freely without fear.
● Promoting cordial student-student and student-teacher relationships.
● Maintaining a peaceful and discipline-oriented campus atmosphere.
● Providing complaint and suggestion facilities for students.
● Preventing ragging and ensuring student safety.
● Advising students and staff to uphold dignity, patience, and mutual respect.
● Reporting violations of discipline and ragging regulations to the Principal.

Scope

Academic Matters: Mark sheets, transfer certificates, conduct certificates, examinations, and related concerns.

Financial Matters: Fees, dues, library payments, hostel-related financial matters, and similar issues.

Other Matters: Sanitation, food quality, transportation, harassment, or concerns related to campus life.

Functions

● Promptly attending written grievances submitted by students.
● Reviewing complaints formally and acting according to institutional policy.
● Submitting reports regarding resolved and pending cases to higher authorities.
● Ensuring transparency and fairness in grievance handling procedures.
● Monitoring disciplinary concerns and maintaining campus harmony.

Procedure for Lodging Complaints

● Students may submit grievances in writing or through the prescribed format available in the Administrative Department.
● Complaints can be dropped into the complaint/suggestion boxes located in the Administrative Block.
● Grievances may also be submitted directly to department members or through email communication.
● The Grievance Cell will process complaints submitted with the necessary supporting documents.
● The Cell assures timely and proper resolution of grievances within the stipulated period.
