The SC/ST Cell of Noble Women's College is dedicated to implementing effective initiatives that ensure the proper implementation of reservation policies. This includes closely monitoring and facilitating the allocation of seats and positions in accordance with the guidelines set by the government. The cell also focuses on providing holistic support services for SC/ST students, going beyond academic success to promote their overall development. They offer comprehensive student support programs aimed at addressing the unique challenges faced by SC/ST students and fostering a campus environment that is respectful and inclusive. Financial aid and scholarships are also provided to mitigate any financial barriers and ensure equal opportunities for pursuing education. Additionally, the cell actively works towards addressing discrimination and grievances, striving to create a fair and inclusive campus environment where every student feels valued and respected. Through data collection and informed decision-making, they continuously evaluate progress, identify challenges, and develop policies for better support. The cell also actively engages in policy recommendations and advocacy to contribute to the development of inclusive policies within the college and collaborates with other institutions to share resources and initiatives aimed at empowering marginalized communities.
