PG Department of commerce and management studies in association with ED- Club organized an industrial visit to INKEL EDUCITY, MALAPPURAM on 21st February (Monday). The main purpose of this industrial visit was to provide an opportunity for the members to have closer look of how an industry works. 77 club members along with club coordinator Mr. Sarjas M K, Mr. Muhammed Anees, Mrs. Febi Jishana & Mrs. Henna Shabanam participated in this one-day industrial visit. The group reached the destination at 10.am.
Institute of Gems and Jewellery (IGJ) was visited by club members. Students got an opportunity to know about Jewellery management, Gemology, Jewellery Designing and manufacturing. The manager Mr. Muhammed Haseeb explained about Jewellery Designing, production turnover and finance etc.
For the students it was awonderful experience to watch the Jewellery making process. Interactive session with the technicians were really knowledge gaining. It was really a live experience for all club members and also a chance to learn more about the new things.
