Magazine Release -Dept. of Sociology

On 1st August 2023, the PG Department of Sociology at Noble Women's College organized a momentous event to mark the release of much-anticipated department magazine, 'KADALAS', alongside the inauguration of Socio-create and Socio-lougue. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and enthusiasm as the program unfolded.

 The event commenced with a warm welcome by Mrs. Faseela B, a dedicated faculty member from the Department of Sociology, who set the tone for the day's proceedings. The presidential address was delivered with eloquence by the esteemed Dr. Abdussalam.M.P, the Head of the Department of Sociology. His words resonated with inspiration, highlighting the importance of creativity and exploration within the field of sociology.

 Next, the college's esteemed principal, Dr. U. Saidalvi, took the stage to express his appreciation for the remarkable creative work done by the students. His encouraging words uplifted the spirits of all present, acknowledging their hard work and dedication to producing 'KADALAS.'

 The highlight of the event was the presence of the distinguished chief guest, Mr. PK. Parakkadavu, a renowned writer whose literary contributions have garnered widespread acclaim. With great honor, he inaugurated the event and officially released the department magazine, 'KADALAS.' His insightful thoughts on literature and the power of words left an indelible impression on the audience.

 Adding to the charm of the day, En. Ismail Sir, the college's secretary, addressed the gathering with words of wisdom and encouragement, emphasizing the significance of literary pursuits and creative expression. Mr. Abdussalam, the Vice President of the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), also felicitated the occasion, commending the efforts put forth by the students and faculty alike.

 As the event drew to a close, Anusree, the magazine's editor, graciously delivered the vote of thanks. She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to all the dignitaries, participants, and attendees for making the day a grand success. The applause and smiles that followed were a testament to the sense of unity and accomplishment felt by all.
