On the 19th of October 2023, the Media Club of NWC had its grand inauguration ceremony, with Mr. Ashkar Ali Karimba, a seasoned senior reporter from Reporter TV as the chief guest. Dr. U Saidalavi, the College Principal, presided over the function. Dr. MP Abdulsalam and Ms. K Shameema were also esteemed guests who contributed to the success of the event.
The proceedings began with a warm welcome from Ms. Basheera Sarqui, the Media Club Coordinator, setting a positive and enthusiastic tone for the day. The ceremony reached its conclusion with an expression of gratitude during the vote of thanks, delivered eloquently by the Student Coordinator, Sara Nasnin. This inaugural session marked a significant milestone in the Media Club's history, promising a bright future in the realm of media and journalism.
