The Department of Physical Education of Noble Women’s College conducts a good number of programs and activities under the health and fitness club. Maintaining good health and fitness is essential for fulfilling a meaningful life. Regular exercise, balanced nutrition, and adequate sleep are key components. Exercise helps strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular health, and boost mood. Eating a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains provides essential nutrients for the body. Drinking plenty of water and limiting processed foods can also contribute to overall well-being. Additionally, managing stress through relaxation techniques like meditation or deep breathing is beneficial. Prioritizing self-care and making healthy choices daily can lead to a happier and healthier lifestyle.
