SPORTS

Sports and fitness activities help the students develop physical, social, and organizational skills improving people’s abilities to become a part of a team and always heading to the main goal. All these skills are beneficial in personal and professional life and must always be obtained.
Physical Education is offered as an open course for 5th semester students of all UG Programmes. Physical Education develops the skills, knowledge, values, and attitudes needed for establishing and enjoying an active and healthy lifestyle, as well as building student confidence and competence in facing challenges as individuals and in groups or teams, through a wide range of learning activities.
We provide ample opportunities for the students to showcase their talents in Sports events. We have separate fields and courts for athletics, badminton, volleyball, table tennis, etc. We earnestly take steps to participate the talented students in the university-level competitions.

  


FITNESS CENTRE

We have an exclusive space for the Fitness Centre and Yoga with the necessary equipment.
At the College Fitness Center, we believe that a healthy body is the foundation for academic success and personal growth. That's why we're committed to providing a supportive and empowering environment where you can thrive both inside and outside the gym. Our goal is to empower individuals to cultivate a balanced and healthy lifestyle that extends beyond the walls of the Fitness Center.
